NAME TAG

Want to join us?  Here's all you need to do!

1. Click on this link to download our membership form.
2. Print and complete the form and bring it to one of our ticket sales along with a check made out to Lakeside Grovers Social Club in the amount of $10 per person.  Or you may mail the form and check to the name and address printed on the bottom.  Do not give the form or the check to Patti Parker and do not leave the form or the check under her door mat.
3. Dues cover membership from October through September.
4. AND . . .  if you don't have (or can't find) our classy name tag,  the form also tells you how to get one.
5. NOTE:  Members of Lakeside Grovers must complete the VCDD General Release form available at all Villages Recreation Centers each calendar year.  If you haven't done so already, click on this link to download and print a copy.  Complete the form and submit it when you submit your membership form.  We will give it to The Villages Recreation Department.

Get Our Newsletter & Other Mailings

​Members receive our newsletter at the beginning of every month (the Sunday before Ticket Tuesday.)  This is where they learn the details about that month's event, as well as other pertinent information.  Our newsletter is another good reason to join us!!
